20L-60L Extrusion Blow Molding Mold with Multiple Cavities Available and Customized Cooling Channel Design for Jerry Can Mold Production

For customers planning continuous or high-volume production, mold stability is more important than simply achieving the first qualified sample. A 20-60L jerry can mold must maintain reliable forming performance through repeated cycles while controlling cooling, cavity accuracy, parting surfaces and product release.

Our custom molds are developed for long-term industrial production and can be matched to HDPE jerry cans, chemical containers, lubricant oil containers and other large plastic packaging. During design, we review product dimensions, target weight, handle and neck structure, wall thickness requirement, machine specification and expected production volume. These details help determine the cavity structure, cooling layout, mold material and insert design.

Customers can select S50C, P20, 2316 stainless steel, S136H or 7075 aluminum according to their production target and budget. For critical areas that require faster heat transfer, beryllium copper inserts can also be considered. Proper material selection and structural design can help reduce frequent adjustment, improve consistency and support easier maintenance during long production runs.
