5-20L Customized Extrusion Blow Molding Mold Multiple Cavities Available Plastic Bottle Mould According to Drawing

Designed for customers who need a mold matched to their own bottle or container design, our 5-20L custom extrusion blow molding molds are developed according to product samples, drawings, dimensions, material requirements and target production conditions. The mold can be customized for HDPE bottles, jerry cans, chemical containers, lubricant oil cans, detergent packaging and other industrial plastic products.

During mold development, we focus on cavity structure, parting line design, neck and handle forming, bottom structure, demolding and cooling performance to help achieve stable production and consistent finished-product quality. Different mold materials are available according to budget, output target and expected service life, including S50C, P20, 2316 stainless steel, S136H and 7075 aluminum. Beryllium copper inserts can also be used in key areas where faster heat transfer is required.

Instead of offering one standard mold for every project, we evaluate the bottle shape, product weight, wall thickness, machine model and production requirement before confirming the solution. Customers can send a bottle sample, 2D drawing, 3D file or detailed dimensions for evaluation.
