The machine is designed with three key stations: injection perform, blowing/stretching, and product release. Raw material is fed from the hopper into the injection screw, where it is formed into preforms. The preforms are then rotated to the blow/stretch station, where they are shaped using their own heat without requiring additional reheating. After shaping, the products move to the release station and are automatically dropped down. This system operates in a fully automated cycle with rotating mechanisms, eliminating the need for pre-purchased bottle preforms, reducing waste, and ensuring high automation.
