The safety operation procedures of injection molding machine
1.1 Preparations before starting the injection molding machine
1.1.1 Clean the environment around the equipment, and do not store articles irrelevant to production
1.1.2 Clean up the sundries inside and outside the workbench and equipment, and use clean cotton sand to wipe the injection guide seat and the tie rod of the mold closing part
1.1.3 Check whether each control switch, button, electrical circuit, operating handle and hand wheel of the equipment are damaged or out of order. All switches and handles shall be in the "off" position.
1.1.4 Check whether the safety protection devices of each part of the equipment are intact, sensitive and reliable. Check and test whether the "emergency stop" is effective and reliable, whether the safety door slides flexibly, and whether the limit switch can be touched when opening and closing.
1.1.5 The safety protection devices (such as mechanical lock bars, stop plates, safety protection switches, etc.) on the equipment shall not be moved randomly, nor shall they be modified or deliberately disabled.
1.1.6 Check whether the screws at all parts are tightened and loose. If any abnormality or damage is found, report to the foreman, who shall handle it by himself or notify the maintenance personnel.
1.1.7 Check each cooling water pipe, try to open water, and check whether the water flow is smooth, blocked or leaking.
1.1.8 Check whether there are foreign matters in the hopper. No objects shall be stored above the hopper. The hopper cover shall be covered to prevent dust and foreign matters from falling into the hopper.
1.2 Injection molding machine startup
1.2.1 Turn on the main power switch of the machine tool, check whether the equipment leaks electricity, preheat the barrel and mold according to the set process temperature requirements, and keep the temperature for more than 20 minutes when the barrel temperature reaches the process temperature to ensure that the temperature of all parts of the barrel is uniform.
1.2.2 Open the cooling water valve of the oil cooler, cool the oil return pipe and the water delivery pipe, and start the oil pump by jogging. If no abnormality is found, the oil pump can be officially started. The operation can only be started after the screen displays "Horse Open", and check whether the safety door functions normally.
1.2.3 Manually start the screw rotation and check whether the screw rotation sound is abnormal or stuck.
1.2.4 The operator must use the safety door. If the travel switch of the safety door fails, it is not allowed to start the machine, and it is not allowed to operate without using the safety door (cover).
1.2.5 All covers and protective covers of electrical appliances, hydraulic and rotating parts of running equipment shall be covered and fixed.
1.2.6 The operator who is not on duty is not allowed to press all buttons and handles without permission, and two or more persons are not allowed to operate the same injection molding machine at the same time.
1.2.7 The molds and inserts shall be placed stably, accurately and reliably. In case of any abnormality during mold closing, the machine shall be stopped immediately and relevant personnel shall be notified to remove the fault.
1.2.8 When the machine is repaired or the mold is cleaned for a long time (more than 10 minutes), the injection base must be backed up to make the nozzle leave the mold, and the motor must be turned off. When the maintenance personnel repair the machine, the operator is not allowed to leave his post.
1.2.9 No one is allowed to start the motor when someone is handling the machine or mold
1.2.10 When the body enters the machine tool or the mold opening gear, the power must be cut off
1.2.11 Avoid striking the fixed mold with the injection base when the mold is opened to prevent the fixed mold from falling off
1.2.12 The air injection shall not exceed 5 seconds each time. When the injection cannot be carried out for two consecutive times, notice the nearby personnel to avoid the danger area. When cleaning the nozzle rubber head, it is not allowed to clean it directly by hand. Use iron pliers or other tools to avoid scalding
1.2.13 There are high temperature, high voltage and high power in the working process of the glue cartridge. It is forbidden to step on, climb or put articles on the glue cartridge to prevent scalding, electric shock and fire.
1.2.14 When the hopper does not discharge materials, it is not allowed to use metal bars, rods or rough bucket hopper to avoid damaging the split screen, shield cover and magnet frame in the hopper. If the screw is rotating, it is very easy to cause serious equipment damage accidents when the metal bar is drawn into the barrel.
1.2.15 In case of abnormal noise, odor, spark, oil leakage and other abnormal conditions found during the operation of the machine tool, stop the machine immediately, report to relevant personnel immediately, and explain the fault phenomenon and possible causes.
1.2.16 Pay attention to safe operation, and do not use any reason or excuse to operate in a way that may cause personal injury or damage equipment
1.3 Precautions for shutdown
1.3.1 Close the hopper ram, and conduct normal production until there is no material in the barrel or manually operate air injection - pre molding, and repeat several times until no molten material is ejected from the nozzle
1.3.2 If corrosive materials (such as PVC) are produced, the barrel and screw must be cleaned with other materials during shutdown.
1.3.3 Detach the injection base from the fixed template and keep the mold open
1.3.4 Close the cooling water pipe, turn all switches to the "OFF" position, and turn off the main power switch of the machine tool at the last shift on holidays.
1.3.5 Clean the machine tool, workbench and ground debris, oil stains and dust, and keep the workplace clean and tidy.
