Semi-automatic PET blow molding machine
The semi-automatic bottle blowing machine closes the mold through the manual operation button, manually puts the preform, heats the preform to take the preform, and then closes the mold to take the bottle. The entire blowing process requires workers to operate.
Due to the limitation of labor, the upper limit of semi-automatic output is relatively small. Taking a 500ml bottle with 2 chambers as an example, it is generally 600~800BPH, which is also greatly affected by the speed of the workers.
The advantages of semi-automatic are small size, small footprint, low price, low investment and relatively simple maintenance. Many customers who are just starting out will choose to start with semi-automatic machines.
