Blow molding machine

Blow molding machine is a plastic processing machine. After the liquid plastic is sprayed out, the plastic body is blown to a certain shape of mold cavity by using the wind force blown out of the machine to make products. This machine is called a blow molding machine. The plastic is melted and quantitatively extruded in the screw extruder, then molded through the mouth film, then cooled by the air ring, then pulled by the traction machine at a certain speed, and then wound into coils by the winding machine.

Introduce

Blow molding, also known as hollow blow molding, is a rapidly developing plastic processing method. The tubular plastic parison obtained by extrusion or injection molding of thermoplastic resin is placed in the split mold while it is hot (or heated to the softening state). After the mold is closed, compressed air is injected into the parison immediately, so that the plastic parison is blown and tightly adhered to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling and demoulding, various hollow products are obtained. The manufacturing process of blown film is very similar to that of hollow products in principle, but it does not use molds. From the perspective of plastic processing technology classification, the molding process of blown film is usually included in extrusion. During the Second World War, the blow molding process began to be used to produce low density polyethylene vials. In the late 1950s, with the birth of high-density polyethylene and the development of blow molding machines, blow molding technology was widely used. The volume of hollow containers can reach thousands of liters, and some production has adopted computer control. The plastics suitable for blow molding include polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyester, etc. The resulting hollow containers are widely used as industrial packaging containers.
According to the parison production method, blow molding can be divided into extrusion blow molding and injection blow molding. The newly developed ones are multi-layer blow molding and stretch blow molding.

Energy-saving effect

The energy saving of the blow molding machine can be divided into two parts: one is the power part and the other is the heating part.
Power part energy saving: Most of them use frequency converters. The energy saving method is to save the residual energy of the motor. For example, the actual power of the motor is 50 Hz, but you only need 30 Hz to produce in production, and the excess energy consumption is wasted. The frequency converter is to change the power output of the motor to achieve the effect of energy saving.
Energy saving of heating part: the energy saving of heating part is mostly by using electromagnetic heater, and the energy saving rate is about 30% - 70% of the old resistance coil.
1. Compared with resistance heating, the electromagnetic heater has an additional layer of insulation, which increases the utilization rate of heat energy.
2. Compared with resistance heating, the electromagnetic heater directly acts on the material pipe heating, reducing the heat loss of heat transfer.
3. Compared with resistance heating, the heating speed of electromagnetic heater is more than one quarter faster, reducing the heating time.
4. Compared with resistance heating, the heating speed of electromagnetic heater is faster, the production efficiency is improved, the motor is in saturation state, and the electric energy loss caused by high power and low demand is reduced.
The above four points are the reasons why Feiru electromagnetic heater can save up to 30% - 70% energy on the blow molding machine.
