Classification of blow molding machines
Blow moulding machines can be divided into three categories: extrusion blow moulding machines, injection blow moulding machines and special structure blow moulding machines. Stretch blow molding machines can be classified into each of the above categories. Extrusion blow molding machine is the combination of extruder, blow molding machine and die closing mechanism, which is composed of extruder and blank die head, blow expansion device, die closing mechanism, blank thickness control system and transmission mechanism. The blank die is one of the important components that determine the quality of blow molding products, usually including the side feed die and the center feed die. The storage cylinder type blank die head is often used for large products during blow molding. The minimum volume of the storage tank is 1kg and the maximum volume is 240kg. The parison thickness control device is used to control the parison wall thickness. The maximum control point is 128 points, generally 20~30 points. The extrusion blow molding machine can produce hollow products with a volume range of 2.5ml~104l.
Injection blow molding machine is the combination of injection molding machine and blow molding mechanism, including plasticizing mechanism, hydraulic system, control electrical apparatus and other mechanical components. Common types include three-station injection blow molding machine and four-station injection blow molding machine. The three-station machine has three stations for preforming, blowing and demoulding, each of which is separated by 120 °. The four-station machine has more pre-forming stations, each of which is separated by 90 °. In addition, there is a dual-station injection blow molding machine with 180 ° between stations. The plastic containers produced by the injection blow molding machine are accurate in size and do not need secondary processing, but the mold cost is high.
The special structure blow molding machine is a blow molding machine that uses sheet, molten material and cold blank as parison to blow mold hollow body with special shape and purpose. Due to the different shapes and requirements of the products produced, the structure of the blow molding machine is also different.
